Grafana Expert (Software Engineer)

About this role

We are seeking experienced Grafana engineers to evaluate and improve code content and technical content related to observability, monitoring, and data visualisation. Contractors will assess the accuracy of professional responses to Grafana-specific engineering questions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate code content and technical responses related to Grafana and observability
• Write realistic engineering prompts reflecting real-world Grafana use cases
• Identify incorrect configurations, broken queries, or misleading monitoring advice
• Score and rank model responses using structured technical rubrics

Requirements

• Hands-on professional experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar observability tools
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in relevant query languages
• Experience with dashboards, alerting, and metrics pipelines
• Strong written communication skills
